A Congressman choosing not to vote on this legislation fails to take a clear position on an issue that can affect insurance availability, businesses, construction, jobs, and economic stability. H.R. 7128 passed the House with overwhelming bipartisan support, 373 members voting for it and only 15 voting against it.
Our communities deserve representatives who show up, vote, and are accountable for their decisions—or their failure to make them.
If I am elected to Congress, I will show up, take a position, and vote in favor of H.R. 7128 to help protect businesses, insurance markets, and the economic stability of our communities.
