For those of you who don’t know there is they remember the name of Amy Robinson who actually filed to get me off of the mayor president ballot because she is a racist piece of garbage for the record nobody even knows how she was able to pay for the Attorney she was the treasurer of the Lafayette Democrats, but she seems to be disappearing from Facebook because she didn’t want to get all of the backlash however on Instagram she is harassing me and she is spreading lies about me so on this note, I’m gonna send her a cease and desist assist letter if she does not see take down all of the harassing posts within three days, I will file a lawsuit against her. Here is an example of the letter.

Dear Ms. Robinson:
This letter serves as a formal demand that you immediately cease and desist from harassing, threatening, or otherwise targeting me through online posts, comments, messages, or other forms of electronic communication.
Your continued online conduct and postings concerning me are unwanted and must stop. I am requesting that you remove any posts or content that specifically target, harass, threaten, or contain demonstrably false and defamatory statements about me, and that you refrain from reposting or publishing similar content in the future.
You are hereby given three (3) days from receipt of this letter** to remove the offending posts and cease the conduct described above.
If you fail to comply within that time, I will consider pursuing all appropriate legal remedies available to me, including seeking legal counsel and taking appropriate action concerning any potentially unlawful conduct. I also reserve the right to preserve and present screenshots, messages, posts, comments, and other documentation of your conduct as evidence.
Nothing in this letter should be construed as a waiver of any rights, claims, or remedies available to me, all of which are expressly reserved.
I strongly encourage you to take this matter seriously and comply with this demand within the three-day period.
